1. Minimal Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree from a variety ofeducational backgrounds
2. Age 20-30 years
3. Has a strong interest in sales and good communication skills
4. Have the motivation and commitment to success
5. Like the challenge and ambitious to achieve the target
6. Minimum 1 year as a Tele Sales Representative in the life insurance business
7. Been leading a sales team (sales team), especially in the life insurance industry
