- Minimal Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree from a variety of educational backgrounds
- Age 20-30 years
- Has a strong interest in sales and good communication skills
- Have the motivation and commitment to success
- Like the challenge and ambitious to achieve the target
- Minimum 1 year as a Tele Sales Representative in the life insurancebusiness
- Been leading a sales team (sales team), especially in the life insuranceindustry
