 General Requirements:

• Male / female
• At least once a BM / single
• At least once a BC / single
• Have the ability to recruit, and lead the team mendevelop
• As the initial conditions: able to recruit at least 3 SM
• Have a wide social network, especially in the Life Assurance industry
• Able to work with the orientation on sales targets and manpower
• Have a private vehicle is a must.
